Data Deletion Instructions
If you want to delete your data from Whappl, you can do so using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Through Your Whappl Account
- Log into your account at whappl.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data"
- Confirm your deletion request
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to info@inovagit.com with the subject line "Whappl Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Whappl account
- WhatsApp Business phone number connected to your chatbot
- Chatbot name(s) you want deleted
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Response time: We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your Whappl account information and profile data
- All chatbot configurations and settings
- WhatsApp Business API connection data
- All uploaded documents and PDFs used for training
- Message history and conversation logs
- Customer interaction data and analytics
- Usage analytics and activity logs
- Any other personal information we have collected
Important Notes
- Permanent Action: Data deletion cannot be undone
- Service Access: You will lose access to all Whappl services and chatbots
- WhatsApp Impact: Your WhatsApp Business chatbot will stop responding to customers
- Customer Data: All customer conversations and data will be permanently deleted
- Documents: All uploaded PDFs and training materials will be removed
- Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance (billing records, etc.) as required by law
Confirmation Process
After submitting a deletion request:
- You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours
- We will verify your identity (may require additional information)
- Your chatbots will be deactivated within 48 hours
- Complete data deletion will be completed within 30 days
- You will receive a final confirmation email with a deletion confirmation code

Before deletion, you can request a copy of your data:
- Email info@inovagit.com with subject "Whappl Data Export Request"
- We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV)
- Includes: chatbot configurations, message logs, uploaded documents
- Export will be available within 7 business days
